Orange Bourbon Pecan Dark Chocolate: 65% Dark. For this holiday bar, Bourbon soaked pecans are candied with maple syrup & orange and paired with 65% Belize Dark Chocolate. 2oz.
Madagascar, Sambirano Dark Chocolate: 72% Dark. Using the finest cacao and traditional European techniques, carefully craft all chocolate from the bean in a small factory. Tasting notes: Molasses, Orange, Raisin, Toast. 2oz.
Brazil, Frazenda Camboa Chocolate: 75% Dark. Tasting notes- Honeysuckle/ Fresh Grape/ Walnut. 2oz.
Brown Butter w/ Nibs and Sea Salt: Deliciously rich bar, made with Rumiano Organic butter that has been gently browned and blended with 73% Northerner Blend dark chocolate. Unique chocolate blend is made with cocoa beans from Madagascar and Brazil alongside organic cane sugar from Brazil. Each is finished by hand with roasted cocoa nibs and sea salt to create a creamy texture.
Hazelnut Milk Chocolate: 55% Delicately roasted Oregon Hazelnuts have been paired with our exceptional milk chocolate made from earthy Brazilian cacao and old-fashioned, A2/A2 whole milk from Alexandre Family Farm.
Straight Bourbon Whiskey Dark Chocolate: 70% Dark. Beginning with the highest quality certified heirloom cacao from Belize. Aged cocoa nibs in Alchemy Distillery’s straight bourbon Whiskey barrels for 5 months. Once fully aged we use these delicious nibs to create a 70% Dark Chocolate bar adding only cocoa butter and cane sugar. 2oz.
